Job Description
Service/Maintenance Technicians make our apartment communities a great place to live. We take pride in the appearance and maintenance of our communities, and our residents tell us this is one of the most important reasons they choose to call us home.

A bit more about what you’ll do…
- Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
- With minimal guidance, complete resident requested repairs and service (ie, troubleshoots HVAC equipment, installs/repairs complex plumbing, troubleshoots/replaces electrical components, installs/repairs/replaces household appliances, etc.)
- Provide functional/technical direction and training to lower level Service Technicians and supports the development of technical skills
- May assist with managing vendor quality
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
- Proficient skills in all trades OR expert level in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
As an AIR Service Technician you must have:
- A reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

- Expected pay rate of $19.00 - $24.00. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
