The Vice President, Integrated Marketing Strategy oversees and leads the standardization and productization of Marketing Communication capabilities for the Marketing Services organization, establishing standards, best practices, blueprints, case studies, playbooks producing the “ways of working” that gets applied by the Integrated Marketing Strategy team in the form of always-on omnichannel campaigns while driving innovation and establishing future capabilities as well.

 

What you will do:

•Responsible for establishing the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Integrated Marketing Strategy capability that enables the organization’s vision of delivering OmniChannel experiences for Healthgrades’ hospital customers in a complex environment.

•Establish the standards, best practices and frameworks for Marketing Strategy that leverages Healthgrades’s data and science to deliver immersive experiences that drive a behavioral change

•Lead the entire team of Integrated Marketing, Digital Media and Marketing Automation Strategy teams across the Marketing Services organization to deliver client work and always-on campaigns

•Partner with the SVP, Omnichannel Services and Operations to drive the digital transformation and raising the Digital IQ of the Marketing Services organization centering around the experiences we deliver for our customers

•Partner with other VPs across Omnichannel Services to refine the current process to deliver always-on data driven campaigns and how best to maximize the ROI for our customers

•Identify new models, new communication products for existing and future customers

•Establish an ongoing partnership with the Sales and Marketing organization to drive education, awareness and visibility into Healthgrades’s digital communication capabilities to influence our go-to-market strategy with a connected story and vision

•Work with the Data Science and Leadership team to identify, test and adopt new data models, predictive models and insights to maximize the impact and ROI from various forms of communication

•Create a culture of industry thought leadership with rest of the leaders within the organization to establish Healthgrades as a leader in Healthcare marketing in partnership with the Marketing and PR leaders

•Deliver presentations to clients at HealthShare Symposium or other HG functions

•Manages alignment of team focus and business with future state by understanding organization, department, and team goals and objectives and making decisions/providing direction that supports those goals. Focus on continued growth and development of individuals and team.

•Being a member of the Client Engagement Leadership team, represent the HG story within the external circuit, engage with other health system leaders and contribute directly in creating new business opportunities for the company

 

What you will bring:

•M.S. or MBA required; Advance degree preferred

•15+ years of digital & marketing leadership experience

•Leadership experience and deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem having worked for either large brands or within a leading digital agency

•Knowledge and awareness of the digital marketing landscape with strong acumen to judge where the industry is headed and where some of the market opportunities exist

•Understand the strategic goals of all Healthgrades business units and work with other divisions Product teams/leads to leverage products in other divisions as appropriate to drive synergistic and efficient capability development

•Advanced expertise in digital consumer engagement and programmatic marketing solutions and consumer experiences as well as media planning

•A strategic thinker with an ability and desire to be hands-on and directly participate in the creative product messaging and positioning

•Able to travel to up 30%

•Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex programs across geographically dispersed teams. Ability to lead an organization to bring new technologies to market including both the development of innovative products as well as the associated cultural change required to ensure a successful execution

•Proven experience at penetrating markets rapidly and growing market share

•Ability to understand all the technical aspects of their product portfolio 

•Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service oriented and ever-changing environment

•Ability to quickly build credibility and rapport with the brand and corporate marketing, business line, engineering and shared services/delivery leadership teams

•Ability to develop and give effective presentations to senior level executives and to a variety of audiences both external and internal 

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
