Convercent is looking for a rock-star Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You are a critical member of the Convercent team with key responsibilities, including the development and execution of sales enablement tools for sales and partners, demand-gen campaign positioning, and supporting analyst relations. You possess a record of success in effectively supporting go-to-market and delivering measurable results. You thrive in a team environment and work enthusiastically with stakeholders inside and out of marketing to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Enable the sales organization to effectively understand and sell Convercent solutions and joint partner offerings by working with Convercent CECOs, customers, partners, and industry analysts along with key deal support
  • Create and manage a compelling set of sales tools and information sheets such as call decks, positioning and differentiation battle cards, and competitive kill sheets
  • Maintain TAM, SOM, SAM analysis along with relevant persona and market segmentation, and competitive landscape to support an effective go-to-market
  • Develop compelling joint use cases and enablement material with Convercent strategic partners
  • Conduct regular calls with industry leading analysts to increase brand and value proposition awareness. Coordinate analyst participation on joint webinars, blogs, and calls with Convercent customers
  • Support development of abstracts, outlines and content for compelling campaigns, including: webinar speakers, eBook co-authors, and promotion ideas. Work closely with marketing operations for audience selection and copywriting support
  • Work closely with Product Management team to support enablement material for new releases and product launches, and feedback product requirement suggestions based on market opportunity and dynamics
  • Work jointly with the sales enablement leader to ensure content, brand and messaging is on target, and support sales QBR agenda development including sales training and roleplaying
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing, digital marketing, partner, sales, and demand-gen teams to increase brand awareness and sales pipeline
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills/ Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing including proven success in driving positioning and sales enablement
  • 3+ years’ experience marketing world-class B2B software products and working with sales teams
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills to support PM and engineering dialogue
  • “High-horsepower” thinker and “High Execution” doer
  • Must work collaboratively across teams
