As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will actively work with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise and startup marketing programs and campaigns, across multiple verticals and channels. You'll have a proven track record of generating revenue, and tracking lead attribution, from a diverse set of field marketing events and conferences. Ability to establish credibility with sales team and marketing colleagues.

What you will be doing: 

  • Design Revenue Strategy & Account Plans with senior sales leadership

  • Target Account Planning with Sales Teams

  • Identify key markets and opportunities to approach target accounts, audiences, personas

  • Management of all event models: attending, speaking, sponsoring, virtual, owned

  • Staying on trend with event models, and ideas on how to stay innovative and relevant

  • Soup to nuts event planning - from promotion to execution with appropriate staff

  • Staff planning and scheduling for all on-site events

  • Scheduling training on all event equipment including set-up, tear-down and safety guidelines

  • Annual budget planning

  • Deep analytics reporting and monitoring - revenue, pipeline, and lead gen reporting

  • Branded swag research, ordering and inventory specific to event needs

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, socialize and get buy-in of a regional marketing strategy and programs, working closely with marketing and local sales leadership teams.

  • Strategize, execute, rollout and optimize new customer acquisition campaigns and programs aligned to horizontal and vertical solutions including events, outbound campaigns, external trade shows and digital events/webinars

  • Grow awareness, familiarity and perception for Cloud Elements brand in key local cities and markets amongst CxO of enterprise and startups in the region.

  • Work closely with the sales teams drive opportunity/pipeline and business growth.

What you need to have: 

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing

  • Experience with the cloud IT market and the business and developer audiences, enterprise software purchase cycles, cloud based subscription markets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience planning and executing multiple, complex event formats - ranging from user groups / meetups, to sponsorships, to large scale conferences.

  • Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects.

  • Understanding of the enterprise software purchase, development and implementation sales cycles.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, preferably photoshop and illustrator to help with event collateral and event graphics

  • Experience in reporting on ABM targeting and campaign development

  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics. Strong communication skills in both business and technical situations.

  • Comfortable talking to technical audiences and able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
