Cloud Elements is seeking a digital marketing and demand-gen superstar to join our growing team in Denver, CO. This person will own the full marketing technology stack, of over 25 different applications flowing lead, contact and customer data in and out of our two primary systems: HubSpot and Salesforce.

You will ensure that no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, our technology systems work together seamlessly, our money is spent wisely, and that we operate in a coordinated way.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, he or she will work closely to fine tune our digital campaigns, find data-driven insights about campaign strategy, ROI, and sales effectiveness. They will also be the main contact for building and launching campaigns out of HubSpot, including but not limited to, webinars, email, automated nurture, lead gen forms and landing pages.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the entire Sales & Marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Engagio, Bizible, Uberflip, Intercom, LeadSpace, Datafox, etc.

  • Build and maintain departmental dashboards and reporting on performance and impact

    • Monthly Pipeline by Lead Source, Conversions, Revenue Attribution, Marketing ROI by Channel, Cost Per Lead, Top Performing Content & Campaigns

  • Develop executive-level summaries of marketing campaign performance and develop automated dashboards for regular monitoring

  • SEO optimization and best practice implementations across our digital footprint

  • Managing the digital marketing budget, and spend across channels  like Google Adwords

  • Track, measure, analyze and improve ROI by channel and tactic to drive investment decisions and marketing effectiveness

  • Support the execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing programs, marketing automation, planning/budgeting and other technology platforms necessary to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

    • Maintain campaign management programs and tracking within HubSpot

    • Execute email sends, build and optimize templates, and setup new campaign

    • Own and execute nurture strategy for prospects and customers on an ongoing basis

  • Serve as the marketing team technology expert to train, create and document processes that improve the effectiveness of campaigns
     

Requirements
 

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years in SaaS B2B marketing, with relevant digital marketing experience

  • Experience measuring a reporting revenue attribution and ROI (E.g. Bizible data)

  • Strong Analytical skills with the ability to produce meaningful reports for the marketing team and executive team

  • Experience with campaign metrics from various marketing channels including Google Analytics, AdWords, display advertising, social, and others

  • Experience managing campaigns in HubSpot to produce quality data and full-funnel tracking

  • Understanding of ABM, the demand generation funnel and how they relate

  • Organized and self-motivated problem solver with a knack for innovation and strategy
