Over the last 5 years, AdCellerant has grown from a few founders to a team of almost 50 talented, hard-working individuals leading the industry in supporting local marketers. This team helps execute sophisticated digital advertising campaigns in Programmatic, Native, Video, Mobile, Search Engine Marketing, Email, and Search Engine Optimization.
Role Details: Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets, the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a SEO Channel Specialist to help strategically support new, existing and prospective SEO accounts. The SEO Channel Specialist will be primarily engaging partners and prospective customers during the SEO pre and post-sales process. This includes maintaining clear and effective communication to all parties within the sales channel, identifying SEO opportunities along with suggested actions to enhance partnerships and applicability of SEO products.
This role will keep your attention, motivate you to be better, solidify your skill base, and develop a set of skills that are vital for professional growth. It will offer the opportunity to experience SEO product development and execution first-hand.

Here’s what you’ll be doing / Job Responsibilities
- Support SEO pre-sales funnel by maintaining effective communication and remaining a SEO resource for partners and clients alike.
- Monitor SEO tickets for opportunities to support conversation, mitigate lingering questions / confusion, and provide unique, holistic suggestions.
- Mid-funnel sales support and nurture down-funnel by providing clear communication, sales documentation and a solutions-based recommendations.
- Maintaining existing partner / advertiser relationships to maintain and grow client retention.
- Develop a strong partnership with the SEO Channel Manager.
- Create and present training resources to partners to support in driving partner sales via knowledge share and confidence-building training tactics.
- Clearly communicate updates within local SEO campaigns to showcase value and support with potential upsell opportunities.
- Support in the content creation process to ensure quality deliverables are provided.
- Identify opportunities and solutions for day-to-day process improvement.
Here’s what we’re looking for / Qualifications
- 2+ years working and communicating with clients focused on digital marketing, analytics data, operations and/or advertising campaign conversations.
- 2+ years executive SEO campaigns including content creation, technical SEO, keyword targeting (and Local SEO experience preferred).
- 2+ years in sales or sales management role at a digital advertising company preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO performance and analytics tools preferred.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively lead client communication.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of an organization.
- Ability to compartmentalize, prioritize and execute upon
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
