Job Description

Brandfolder is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our fast-paced team. This is an excellent role for anyone that wants to take their design career to the next level. As the sole marketing designer, you will have massive opportunity to build and execute on your vision for the Brandfolder brand. 

Your primary role will be to drive, deliver, and set the bar for all marketing and sales design output. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. Base salary range for this role to be between $77,280 and $99,360. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking: 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Translate marketing activities into gorgeous designs

  • Ensure brand consistency across every aspect of the company

  • Conceptualize creative and marketing concepts across all media, while reflecting the brand’s personality and crushing KPIs

  • Evolve and expand the current Brandfolder brand

  • Organize multiple projects while delivering against timelines and managing expectations

  • Actively participate in brainstorming, planning, and objective creation to ensure marketing design and strategy is on message and appropriate for target audience

  • Produce assets for campaigns, e-mail, video, editorial, landing pages, presentations, events, sponsorships, social media, marketing sites, sales collateral, and more... not for the faint of heart

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong ambitions to own the brand for a fast growing company that sells to marketers and designers 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • 5 years professional design experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with both digital and environmental graphics

  • An exceptional online portfolio

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to balance execution ability with strategic thinking 

  • The desire to own high-impact projects from day one

BONUS POINTS FOR

  • Comfortable working with CSS and HTML

  • Copy. If you have both copy (short-form) and design experience, you'll get massive bonus points

  • Agency experience strongly preferred

  • The ability to not only come up with the ideas, but to execute on them in the form of graphics, video, direction, analytics, research, and front-end development

  • Previous work experience in an early stage startup environment
