Senior Marketing Campaign Manager

This is a senior marketing role responsible for delivering projects, campaigns and activity supporting the US organization. You’ll also help lead the design and optimization of strategies and campaigns.
This role is responsible for marketing for the US, assisting in new customer acquisition and existing customer growth as well as driving always-on campaigns, content and activity. This role is a key driver in ensuring small businesses are connected with a partner accountant. As well as supporting sales, this role works closely with the communications team driving initiatives to cement Xero as the platform of choice for small businesses and their accountants/bookkeepers in the United States.
An important aspect of this role will involve the individual establishing and maintaining good working relationships both within the Marketing team, the US leadership team and the wider organization.
What you'll do
- Create the strategy for and manage integrated campaign executions
- Provide relevant insight from data analysis
- Derive campaign strategy with regional marketers based off test and learn insights
- Ensure efficiency and agility in executionManage the repository of learnings/outcomes from each campaign
- Publish findings across the marketing team and broader business
- Provide mentorship to junior members of the marketing team

- Proven ability in influencing others by adapting approach to suit the individual in order to achieve the right outcomes
- Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
Experience
- 6+ years of relevant marketing management experience
- Team management experience
- Proven experience in the creation and development of integrated campaign strategy, positioning and messaging
- Proven experience working with creative teams
- Product launch and messaging experience
- Deep SaaS experience
