How you’ll make an impact
As the Senior Partner Program Manager, you’ll own the execution and development of our regional alliance program for accountants, bookkeepers and other financial advisors. Your expertise will drive strategy for building a best-in-class program that distinguishes Xero from the competition. But you won’t do it alone. Working across multiple teams, you’ll create powerful campaigns, resources and event-based outreach, to support Sales and Marketing goals – while deepening our partner relations.
How you’ll contribute to the business
The Xero Partner Program touches all parts of the customer journey. By establishing a regional, ever-evolving model, you help accelerate adoption and success of Xero cloud accounting by modern small business advisors.What you’ll do
- Develop our Xero Americas’ go-to-market partner program for financial advisors
- Collaborate with global teams to incorporate regional requirements
- Act as in-region partner program Subject Matter Expert
- Allocate and track budget across key initiatives
- Build resources and education to support partner growth
- Create training and tools to assist internal Sales team
- Work across departments to drive program messaging, usage and promotion
- Regularly capture and implement program feedback
- Direct internal and external accountant and bookkeeper association events, from contract through completion of event
- Develop strong relationships with association and trade show event contacts to secure best placement for Xero
- Oversee execution of full partner program rewards and benefits
