Senior Director of Product Marketing

What You Will Do:
- Build, lead and coach a team of product marketers.
- Build strong & trusted relationship; set priorities and distribute workload with Product Management
- Drive thought-leadership through various avenues including content for blogs, presenting in webinars, and speaking at industry or community events.
- Owns internal and external launch of new products, including sales and partner enablement
- Define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including: audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy.
- Partner closely with our Insights, User Research and Product teams to understand our members needs and the broader competitive landscape.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans working closely with Product, Design, Paid Acquisition, Social, Content, Lifecycle, and PR.
- Ensure alignment on product positioning and comms architecture across all channels including Marketing, Member Services, and Product.
- Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs.
- Help define and operationalize the Product Marketing function at Chime Faction.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- 7-10 years Product Marketing - Storage technologies SAN and NFS, public cloud (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware)
- Experience leveraging a portfolio of features and innovation to develop a one brand ‘ecosystem’ strategy
- Ability to develop and implement processes to scale product marketing to succeed in a rapidly growing marketing and product orgs
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you
- Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, advance our brand narrative, and resonate with our member base
- Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks building a consumer brand from ground level
- Highly effective communication skills and ability to influence cross functional teams
Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000
