Senior CRM Strategist
The Senior CRM Strategist is responsible for leading the agency in creating meaningful ideas, experiences, and platforms that connect people and brands. Amplify company focus around driving commerce and transaction.
About you:You have a ton of CRM experience leading clients and colleagues.
You are a leader with an ability to oversee a data-informed, holistic view of the client’s business, category dynamics, cultural insight and human behavior. In your career, you have worked for an advertising and marketing company (or maybe a few). You are able to architect holistic CRM strategies and feed creative solutions from inception to in-market.
You have 5+ years of experience in the CRM vertical and extensive working background in direct marketing. You have conducted or helped inform research into human behavior across the shopper journey and the design of connected experiences that can drive purchasing decisions.
You have experience in Eloqua and ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Main responsibilities include:
CRM strategy and planning for the agency’s clients
Develop imaginative strategic direction which informs and inspires creative teams to design CRM cadences
Create an ownable and evolving strategic framework to build the clients brand through CRM channels, tactics and experiences
Apply innovative research methodologies to drive customer insights and thought leadership
Act as an influential advisor to clients and serve as a strategic partner in the CRM space to senior leaders
Elevate thinking within the agency and evolve our CRM positioning and service offering
Work with both internal and client teams to develop, set-up, tag and launch email campaigns with emphasis on customer segmentation, contact strategy, technical set-up, execution, deliverability & analysis
Work with Integer's team of producers to maintain email production calendar, assist in developing processes & own reporting
Analyze and compile email results to support program optimization and benchmarking
Build event-triggered CRM campaigns taking into account business rules, segmentation, etc
Stay abreast of and recommend CRM best practices with coding, design and testing of campaigns
Develop and execute A/B testing scenarios

Skills, Personal Attributes and Attitude:
Passionate about the customer, and the changing dynamics of commerce marketing
Experience in lifecycle campaign and working with audience targeting & segmentation
Overall understanding/knowledge of CRM marketing operations, best practices, success metrics, testing techniques and platforms, and CAN-SPAM legislation.
Experience with Oracle Responsys, Eloqua, SalesForce marketing cloud and/or other CRM SAAS platforms is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of email analytics used to measure and optimize email marketing effectiveness
Strong working knowledge of how to grow CRM databases, both organically and through paid methods
Proficient in Excel (and HTML is a plus)
Ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a larger team
High attention to detail, deadline-oriented and able to “connect the dots”
Proactive, energetic personality with an inquiring, investigative mind
Forward-thinking with ability to spot future opportunities for email program expansion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
