Restaurant Marketing Specialist, Customer Education

Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented marketing specialist to focus on driving engagement with our global restaurant customer educational resources. This role offers the opportunity to help drive a world-class marketing strategy for the world’s leading restaurant reservations provider.

How will you do this?

  • Immerse yourself in the hospitality industry to truly understand our customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with learning & development, global sales, and customer success leaders, as well as other key partners, to pinpoint areas of opportunity to drive engagement with our training resources
  • Collaborate with brand and engagement leaders to ensure there is a cohesive voice, tone, and message across educational touchpoints
  • Design cross-channel campaigns geared towards guiding customers to problem-solve via our self-serve training resources
  • Collaborate with other internal teams and external partners to offer webinars that promote thought-leadership content for the hospitality world
  • Develop and lead partnerships to build brand advocacy by working with hospitality management programs, culinary schools, and other similar institutions
  • In partnership with learning & development, define success metrics for engagement with training resources and implement systems to track

Required Qualifications

  • A passion for the hospitality industry and all things food and beverage
  • Very strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to present to groups at all levels
  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and shift directions quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Clarity and a strong POV around what success looks like and the ability to bring your stakeholders along to achieve goals
  • Proven ability to balance many project deadlines at once
  • Comfort with data, numbers and trend analysis
  • Experience with G Suite and Excel
  • 3 - 4 years of B2B marketing experience (or related industry experience)
  • A healthy sense of humor!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in restaurants (or similar role within hospitality)
  • Experience supporting global initiatives or working with international teams
  • Experience with Salesforce (or an interest to learn)
  • B2B account management experience or partner marketing experience
  • Based in San Francisco or Denver
