Housecall Pro is looking for an experienced  marketer to lead go-to-market strategy and product marketing for its growing suite of  products and fintech services. Housecall Pro’s marketing team is a data-driven and growth-focused function bringing marketing, analytics, user insights and experimentation together to develop and optimize the marketing strategy for customers to drive business growth.

This person will work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team, creative design, product, data analytics, customer success, and operations stakeholders to develop strategy, collect requirements and manage asset production.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our customers and their needs through collaboration with product and fintech teams, qualitative and quantitative market research and customer feedback to influence product decisions and define a product roadmap
  • Develop go-to-market strategy (i.e. pricing, naming, value proposition, campaign planning, sales enablement) and lead product launches for our core product and fintech offerings to drive product adoption
  • Work with product, fintech and business operations teams to define communication strategies to drive awareness, adoption, upsells and engagement with new features and functionality.
  • Drive the integrated communication strategy to differentiate our product/fintech messaging and positioning.
  • Work with the larger marketing teams to develop marketing materials (including messaging/positioning),  and review processes for communications.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop campaign assets that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and help support reporting efforts for the product/fintech teams. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer communication journey across sales, customer success, marketing automation and in-product communications.
  • Responsible for performance against key top-line business goals including increasing activation, reducing churn, and improving retention.

Qualifications:

  • 5+  years experience planning and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple media channels, like email, push notifications, sms, and/or in-app marketing, scripting, press releases, podcasts.
  • 3+ years experience launching products, including defining of pricing strategy, creative briefing, concept drafting, influencing product revisions.
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex technical solutions into a simple customer language.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience with go-to-market planning for SaaS products is a plus. 
  • Experience with marketing fintech products such as payment processing, consumer financing, credit card, etc. is a plus. 
  • Strong project management and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Creative and empathetic thinker; you care deeply about our customers and can build precise targeting as well as delightful, on-brand experiences.
  • Enjoy problem solving and testing first-of-kind initiatives.
  • Empathy for SMBs and home service business trades is a plus.

Compensation: $90000 - $105000 base salary; Annual Bonus Potential + Equity

Location

We are actively hiring in San Diego, CA and Denver, CO. Majority of our employees work remotely but we have an office in the RINO district if employees choose to come in.
