Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically support all Worldpay from FIS North America lines of business with new customer, cross-sell, and upsell efforts to drive revenue and customer lifetime value through optimized adoption of product offerings.
- Spearhead development, implementation and tracking of multi-faceted marketing initiatives to successfully support new product launches and vertical-specific offerings to enhance our competitive differentiation.
- Develop and manage a variety of marketing mix touches (collateral, email, direct mail, digital marketing) to achieve maximized success.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (including Product Management, Commercialization Enablement and Effectiveness, and Sales) in product launch and optimization efforts.
- Build strong, effective internal/external working relationships through exceptional project management, a team-oriented work style and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional role with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a dedication to metrics, tracking and ROI analysis.
- Oversee the primary activities of individual contributors to ensure completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals.
- May be responsible for budgeting of department's personnel, capital, and/or operations expenses.
- May negotiate contracts with vendor management.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Strong understanding of market analysis, planning, development and management
• Knowledgeable of FIS and competitor products
• Excellent knowledge of all markets for products within a product family, as well as company policies and practices
• Knowledge of project management methods and techniques to ensure the coordination of people (internal clients and external vendors) and processes to achieve desired outcomes
• Knowledge of marketing product tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
• Proficiency to operate independently

Career level professional role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in product marketing. Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Typically requires four or more years of experience.
