As NextHealth’s Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in promoting the product to our health plan prospects and customers, defining product adoption strategy, and nurturing the long-term success of the platform. This role requires creating and executing a marketing plan to drive rapid growth and user adoption. The ideal candidate will have the right balance between being a strategic thinker, a compelling writer/creative type, and the ability to juggle multiple streams of work. We value product marketers who understand how to focus on value, are passionate about the quality of their work, and will work cross-functionally across multiple departments to craft the best collateral. In this role, you will report to the SVP of Marketing and work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Analytics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build the go-to-market strategy and lead the product promotion, ensuring we have the right mix of content and channels to drive adoption

  • Conduct a content audit, determine gaps, and produce collateral

  • Conduct market research to develop impactful insights to inform strategy

  • Deliver relevant recommendations to grow product adoption and satisfaction

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between Marketing and the Product, Sales, Engineering and Analytics teams to identify what works, what doesn’t, and test new approaches

  • Evaluate product feature and marketing program impact on customer adoption using analytics, relevant metrics and user feedback

  • Track our customers’ journeys and value propositions by partnering closely with sales, conducting user interviews, and tracking usage

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing SaaS platforms, preferably in healthcare and/or analytics

  • Self-directed, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

  • Creative approach to marketing tactics and implementation of strategy

  • Demonstrated experience marketing to/writing for an executive audience and multiple persona groups - simplifying complex concepts and focusing on value

  • Analytical skills to interpret the data and report on campaign performance (Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)

  • Strength in navigating complex projects, especially adapting and pivoting priorities, coupled with an ability to improve process

  • Ability to understand technical details and bridge the gap between Marketing and Product

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with excellent references and examples of your work

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher?from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Product Marketing or Product Management

  • Experience on WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience in B2B and preferably healthcare marketing or analytics

  • Project management expertise

  • Experience with data analysis

  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and marketing automation campaigns

  • Experience working with analysts

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

  • MA/MBA degree in a relevant field
