Summary:

The PPC Specialist will work under at least one Senior PPC Analyst as they learn to execute and manage all tactical components of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, more commonly known as Paid Search, or Pay-Per-Click (PPC). Working with Google, Microsoft, and various 3rd party ad networks, a PPC Specialist will create and place ads as part of holistic marketing campaigns overseen by a Sr. Analyst. The PPC Specialist will work with their Sr. Analyst to analyze their campaigns, suggest potential corrections and adjustments, and ultimately report the results to their Sr. Analyst, INTO and its clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable with and expect to manage up to $100,000 in monthly advertising spend under the supervision of a Sr. Analyst
  • Actively participating in meetings with a Sr. Analyst and proactively identifying campaign opportunities, challenges and issues
  • Assimilating data from multiple sources, compiling the information and drawing actionable conclusions that can be measured and reported
  • Learning bid strategy optimization and testing. Daily checks on program KPIs, thresholds and campaign budget caps. Ongoing training regarding the management of budget and pacing.
  • Consistently demonstrating positive impact with clients, internal teams and outside vendors
  • Receiving training and development from at least one Sr. Analyst which includes, but is not limited to, instruction in the following areas:

 

  • Account & Campaign Optimization
  • Client Relations
  • Bid Optimizations
  • Ad Copy Creation & Testing
  • Google Shopping Optimizations
  • Improving revenue and ROAS
  • Google Data Studio Reporting
  • Google Merchant Center
  • Google Analytics

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Denver, CO for regular meetings and training
  • 1-2+ years of digital marketing experience in PPC/SEM
  • E-commerce/Google Shopping campaigns a HUGE plus
  • Able to comfortably interface with clients to deliver reports and updates, appropriately representing the business
  • Strong client management and reporting skills
  • Strong communication skills – clear and thorough, yet concise
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach to achieving objectives
  • Agency experience also a plus
  • Self-driven
  • Willing to participate in ongoing education and training
