SUMMARY:

We are looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented employee to create & monitor high volume Paid Marketing: Expert - Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns Google, Bing, Amazon, Facebook, and other channels. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  

  • Experience managing Google Ads, Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center; setting up, analyzing and optimizing campaigns in the native platform.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Your Excel knowledge is extensive enough to utilize spreadsheets to organize complex data sets for reporting and tracking.

  • Have a basic understanding of SEO and how it relates to paid search strategy.

  • A skilled researcher and have experience with multiple keyword research methods. Your research process is detailed and specific.

  • Experience with tracking campaigns on multiple channels and using other products/platforms to analyze campaigns.

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and suite of Google solutions (Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.)

  • Have a basic understanding of statistical analysis and how to utilize it within paid search optimization.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technology developments.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

  • Architect and build new paid search campaigns.

  • Complete audits of existing campaigns to identify areas of weakness and opportunity for improvement.

  • Develop paid search strategies for new and existing products based on keyword research, ACOS and other quantifiable metrics.

  • Monitor conversions, advertisements and bids daily - review current campaigns, audit and optimize previous days performance and adjust bids.

  • Create weekly and monthly reports.

  • Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify target audiences of media advertising.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred

    • 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training preferred

    • Digital advertising experience with online retail either directly, or with an advertising agency. 

    • Google Ads Certification desired, but not required

    • Amazon Seller Central: Experience creating and optimizing sponsored product and brand ads  desired, but not required

     COMPUTER SKILLS:

    • Microsoft Office – Excel specifically

    • Google Ads and Merchant Center

    • Amazon Seller Central – Sponsored Brand & Product Advertising, preferred
