Marketing Specialist
Downtown Denver-based luxury vacation company seeks a dynamic, service-oriented professional to serve as the marketing liaison with Inspirato’s experiences/events, custom travel, and travel services teams. This individual will manage and execute marketing plans designed to achieve program revenue targets, leveraging a variety of marketing channels and merchandising tools. The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, effective project manager with 2-4 years of marketing experience with a strong analytical background and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plans:
- Serve as the main marketing liaison and project manager for Inspirato’s experiences/events, custom travel, and travel services teams
- Create marketing plans to help achieve revenue goals for each program, including multi-channel marketing calendars and target audiences within the Inspirato membership
- Manage, track, and prioritize marketing requests; report outcomes
- Monitor pacing; proactively identify areas that need support and recommend marketing tactics to address needs
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Help define marketing goals for Inspirato’s experiences/events, custom travel, and travel services teams
- Track results, suggest new measurement approaches, and identify best practices
- Work with Business Intelligence to monitor reporting and recommend changes
- Leverage data to identify most effective channels and tactics; make optimizations to improve results
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality, Business, Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, or Communication
- 2-4 years of previous experience
- Diplomat with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization and to build consensus among disparate viewpoints
- Analytical thinker with the ability to pull and interpret data
- Excellent communication skills, can do attitude, and the ability to anticipate issues
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Experience in experiential travel and marketing is a plus
