Job Description

Mobile Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for supporting marketing efforts through all stages of the funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation, through nurture, and customer advocacy and cross-sell. Responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and thought leadership through website and social media management.
• Drive revenue through lead generation campaigns, partner education, and customer campaigns.
• Work with the company’s CRM Salesforce.com, Marketing Automation Platform, Pardot, and Content Management System WordPress to create, test, launch, measure, and optimize demand generation and customer campaigns.
• Manage campaign audience development, data cleansing, lead management, mailbox monitoring for campaigns, and email and landing page preparation, testing and deployment.
• Generate email, social media, and website reports to provide insight into marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimizations.
• Assist with research, planning, organization, and execution of industry-relevant tradeshows to grow brand awareness and generate revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Two years of professional experience
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn existing implemented software platforms quickly
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting expertise
• Detail oriented with strong project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot)
• Prior experience with CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Prior experience with a Content Management System (WordPress)
• Prior experience with retargeting platform (AdRoll)
• Prior experience with website analytics (Google Analytics)
• Prior experience with organizing and executing tradeshows
• B2B marketing experience
• SEO and PPC experience a plus
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and positive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs; ability to work occasional overtime
• Position requires high-energy and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
