Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a mission-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to execute and manage the global operational processes that fuel comprehensive B2B demand generation programs and campaigns that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will bring an enthusiasm for successfully planning and executing marketing operations processes that scale lead generation efforts and accelerate the lead buying cycle.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Support and execute an integrated mix of email, direct mail, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Assist and execute on lead nurture campaigns in partnership with demand gen team
- Measure, analyze, and report on key initiatives such as lead nurture and email campaigns
- Assist in managing lead lifecycle and lead scoring model
- Scrub external data lists and import contacts into marketing and sales CRM systems
- Implement scalable marketing automation processes and assist with the integration and onboarding of new tools
- Strong partnership with stakeholders to drive campaign execution from requirements through build, testing, delivery and measurement
- Ensure data structure, integrity, and collection processes are aligned with reporting and business needs, including tracking and attribution of multi-touch user journeys
- Support global teams with marketing automation needs and initiatives
We're excited about you because you have:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing automation/operations role
- Marketo experience and Salesforce experience (strongly preferred)
- Data-driven, analytical marketer
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are detail-oriented and are able to prioritize and multitask
- Independent, motivated and excited to roll-up your sleeves
Minimum $68,000- $80,000 + Equity + Benefits (See Below)
