About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team. In the upcoming years, JumpCloud will continue to expand. You will support this effort by acting as a data-focused operational resource on our marketing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and availability of attribution data so we can understand the impact and efficiency of each marketing campaign. Your work will help take our Marketing ROI and Attribution reporting to the next level. In this role your goal is to help us increase the impact and efficiency of marketing spend with accurate and actionable attribution data.
Responsibilities and Duties
Operationalize the marketing data practices.
Ensure the accuracy and availability of marketing attribution data.
Own tools and processes related to attribution data.
Collaborate with our marketing, sales, support business insights, and systems teams to ensure that we have the right tools and processes in place.
Provide recommendations on business-appropriate data and analytics technologies and solutions.
Understanding of marketing attribution methods: UTMs data, campaign ROI reporting, and multi-touch attribution.
Be the subject matter expert on marketing attribution data and data infrastructure.
Qualifications
Knowledge of marketing analytics & automation best practices.
3+ years of data quality improvement, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
Understanding of marketing metrics.
Experience applying audit, analysis, automation in a marketing setting.
Working knowledge of common digital marketing data, channels, and metrics.
Required Experience: Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, and bulk data update tools: (Dataloader, Ringlead, or LeanData)
Bonus points for experience with data visualization.
Where you’ll be working
We have two offices in Colorado, one in Louisville and one in downtown Denver. Once we reopen office options you will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations, flex your time or remain fully remote (in the U.S.).
