GutCheck is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team. We're seeking someone who is data-driven, technically savvy, and passionate about learning new skills to help both launch their career in marketing, and help GutCheck achieve our customer acquisition goals.
What You’ll Do
- Tee It Up! Live by and champion our GASI culture and the values that comprise GASI including Team, Educated Opinion, Economic Thinking, Intellectual Honesty, and Trust
- Work with sales and business ops to track, maintain, and update lead scoring, lead management, and lead routing
- Execute and QA marketing program elements including landing pages, site pages, forms, list pulls, list imports, building nurture programs, etc.
- Support the implementation of data capture frameworks to capture lead sources, touches, and conversion points throughout the buyer’s journey to capture ROI and customer acquisition cost metrics
- Assist with the management of the health and integrations of marketing systems including data quality, enrichment, and organization (i.e. folder structure and naming conventions)
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, including but not limited to, business operations and sales to ensure data is aligned across systems
- Keep yourself educated on the latest best practices in operations and marketing automation

About You
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Typically, 0–2 years in marketing or a marketing operations role (ideally in high-tech B2B industry)
- Is very process-oriented and highly detail-oriented
- Loves hands-on problem solving
- Loves working with data and very comfortable with systems
- Is a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented enough to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines
- Positive attitude, must be a team player and have a GASI mentality
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems or a related field
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (i.e. SFDC, Eloqua)
