SALT Blockchain Asset Management is the financial services arm of the company and is building a high performing marketing team. This team will be made up of skilled marketing practitioners who are creative and edgy, have a service mentality and build smart compelling marketing streams that get results. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Director will have a key role in creating strategy, brand, content and will guide the execution of all marketing related activities. We are looking for a strategically minded individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and acquiring new investors and institutional partners.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job and be able to employ unique marketing techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. Experience in B2B marketing and financial services is required.

Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
Establish a strong brand and continuously bring it to life with employees, clients, prospects, partners and industry at large
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and execute them effectively 
Plan and execute result oriented campaigns, including the launch of new products
Monitor progress and continuously improve tactics to get better results
Have vision for and successfully execute digital strategy that consistently increases engagement
Make key contributions to UX and Customer Experience for our digital properties and website
Responsible for producing valuable content for the firm’s online presence and publications
Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
Requirements:
Proven experience as VP Marketing or Marketing Director
Excellent leadership and organizing skills
Track record of success in developing and executing brand strategy
Ability to direct creative and driving artistic teams to top performance
Ability to review analytics to determine needed improvements in marketing activities
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
Expert with digital marketing techniques and best practices
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
Customer-oriented approach with aptitude in UX, CEX
Experience developing and executing content strategy
BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
B2B marketing experience required

Basic Qualifications: Must have 10+ years in marketing experience in recent years
Understanding of the overall marketing landscape with expertise in brand, digital, and content strategy
3-5 years in regulated financial services company, preferred
5+ years in marketing leadership role within B2B company
Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type:
Full-Time. Approximately 40 hours a week. (M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm)
Denver Metro area, no relocation available
