About this position:

Bluetent’s Sales and Marketing team is responsible for supporting the achievement of Bluetent’s goals through client retention, new client acquisition and maintaining & building our brand in the marketplace. The Marketing Coordinator is a support position and reports to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping to facilitate marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social, event preparation, presentation creation, pitch-deck proposals, webinars, video production, and digital advertising with the focus of helping Bluetent achieve our overall goals. An ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter, creative and able to think outside the box. This person needs to be an individual who is proactive, task focused, and able to effectively communicate through marketing channels, email, phone, etc.

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with the Marketing Manager to coordinate marketing initiatives.

• Execute email campaigns- including monthly sends as well as marketing, conference, and cultural messages.

• Create marketing materials as needed - one sheeters, presentations, proposals, white papers, blog posts, digital and social ads etc.

• Responsible for preparing for conferences and events - ordering schwag, scheduling travel, shipping booths, etc.

• Help manage social media channels.

• Facilitate webinars, product overview & demo videos, etc.

• Responsible for updating content on Bluetent’s website.

The skills/qualifications we are looking for are:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

• Experience with WordPress websites

• Experience with Campaign Monitor and Salesforce is a plus

• Curious and passionate about digital marketing

• Experience with social media

• A master at managing/coordinating multiple campaigns through multiple channels

• Strong understanding of brand strategies

• Enjoy working on a team and has a willingness to help where needed
