Who we're looking for…
As the Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you will support marketing efforts throughout the entire customer lifecycle - from initial interest through free trial through retained subscriber. You will build and measure email sequences and marketing campaigns, and aid in the ideation, execution and reporting of optimization efforts for website conversion, user experience and web content performance.
Our Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing and have at least two years experience of digital marketing experience in the form of marketing automation, marketing campaigns, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills, be meticulous and detail oriented, and take initiative in finding opportunities to both surprise and delight customers and prospects through providing value.
What you will do…
- Help optimize the customer experience from awareness to advocate through marketing campaigns
- Analyze, identify, and build a backlog of A/B tests on the marketing website to increase conversion
- Help build a culture of continual testing and optimization of the marketing funnel
- Manage the technical aspects of BombBomb’s referral and affiliate programs
- Work closely with other areas of the marketing department to ensure campaigns are being executed
- Identify, test and implement new strategies to improve click through, open and conversion rates
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights/recommendations to deliver continuous improvements to client email campaigns
- Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates
- Set up, build, schedule, deploy, and troubleshooting email marketing campaigns
- Stay on top of industry developments, news and trends

Our ideal candidate will be or have…
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing
- At least two years experience of digital marketing experience in the form of marketing automation, marketing campaigns, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing, automated and drip campaigns
- Experience with analytics and generating insights from data
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Marketo, Moz, and Google Optimize
