Here’s what we’re looking for:
An organized and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing Marketing team! In this role, you will support the planning and execution of strategic campaigns that generate demand and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a project management pro who has a demonstrated history of delivering measurable results and ensuring marketing projects make it across the finish line on time and within budget. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing.
How you’ll be successful in this role:
- Orchestrate campaign development and communications across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
- Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Work collaboratively with internal team members and external agencies to assess requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient delivery of assets as per project plan.
- Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce and Looker to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform strategic decision making focused on campaign optimization.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline campaign strategy, tactics, goals, and performance.
- Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems, manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Consistently communicate with stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications.
Experience:
- Strong project management skills to collate campaign resources and assets in a timely manner
- 3+ years B2B marketing experience
- Proficiency in marketing automation software, HubSpot is a must. Understanding of Salesforce.com and sales pipeline methodology a plus.
- Experience building, executing, and reporting on paid campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, as well as third-party media partners.
- Hands-on experience in designing multi-touch marketing campaigns addressing all stages of the funnel
- Natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities with the aim to continuously improve and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Able to work well under tight deadlines and to work with a high degree of independence and autonomy.
- Creative, tactical, and attentive to details
- Project management software expertise, Asana experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating across marketing and non-marketing teams and stakeholders
Cash Compensation:
The total cash compensation range for this role is $70,000/yr - $76,000/yr with an annual bonus potential of up to 15% of your salary and stock options. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and may vary from the amount above.
