The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for executing multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, pipeline, and revenue for KPA software, consulting, and training offerings. This role works collaboratively across the marketing team, sales team, product team, and executive staff to drive high performing marketing campaigns to both customers and prospects that help to elevate the KPA brand in the market and drive a tangible impact on revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot, the KPA marketing automation system. The candidate will have strong project management skills, is a strategic thinker, and has a proven track record of collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams in a B2B software or consulting business model.

Key Responsibilities:

· The ongoing execution of digital marketing programs in HubSpot – email nurture campaigns, landing pages, workflow builds, webinar campaigns, and more.

· Management of the segmentation, growth, cleanliness, and health of the KPA marketing database

· Facilitate A/B testing and other techniques that improve conversion rates and lead generation

· Manage the digital marketing campaign calendar leveraging existing project management software

· Track the success of digital marketing programs against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report results to stakeholders

· Maintain and evolve lead scoring methodology for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure Sales team can focus on the clients and prospects with the highest purchase intent

· Serve as the HubSpot administrator and SME within the organization, including best practices for marketing automation and integration with other core systems such as Salesforce

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, SDRs, and product teams to support strategic objectives, build reporting to analyze results, and recommend new programs and processes for revenue growth

· Support advertising vendor research, coordination, testing, optimization, and performance analysis and collaborate with Campaign Managers on advertising Return on Investment (ROI)

Required Skills & Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience

-A minimum of 1-3 years digital marketing experience within B2B software organization

-Experience running digital marketing campaigns with HubSpot, certifications preferred

-Knowledge of workflow and database management concepts and best practices

-Highly organized with a excellent attention to detail and capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision

-Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet timelines, deadlines, and financial goals

-Ability to track, manage, and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns to stakeholders

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a collaborative team environment

-Skilled with PCs and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Working knowledge of HTML, experience with HubSpot Design Tools, Salesforce knowledge and light design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative is a plus

 

 

Compensation

  • Base salary of $65-75K annualized
  • Bonus potential of 10%
