Job Duties and Responsibilities
The focus of the role will be executing lifecycle marketing strategies to retain, increase ARPU and win back subscribers. Lifecycle marketing communication channels include email, in-app messaging, mobile push messaging and house ads. This role is critical to the success of the lifecycle marketing program and will collaborate with multiple internal departments. A successful candidate is an eager learner ready to roll up their sleeves and dig into campaign execution, lifecycle trends and analysis.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute lifecycle marketing channel strategies for all audiences & languages.
  • Manage and update lifecycle schedule & audience list requests.
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution including working with internal processes & teams and tools.
  • Ensure and communicate accurate results.
  • Conduct A/B & multivariate tests.
  • Continuously improve & evolve lifecycle marketing & tools - Stay on top of lifecycle trends and best practices.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

Skills - Experience and Requirements:

  • Experience with email & push notification marketing, campaign tactics and operations
  • Possess a proactive, reliable, and responsible attitude with pristine attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Experience with email and push notification tools, such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target)
  • Analytical skills; both qualitative & quantitative, and data-driven approach to achieving email marketing performance success
  • Must know how to use Excel and be comfortable with basic to intermediate functions.
  • Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing preferred; Marketing, Business, or Analytics degree preferred - International experience is a big plus

We have 2 headquarters in the Greater Denver area - you won't have to travel far! Business teams sit just south of DTC, while our IT team is downtown.
