Lifecycle Marketing Manager at CircleCI
CircleCI is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager based out of San Francisco or Denver. As a fast-growing company, we send out emails each week to our customers and prospects and we’re looking for the right person to manage the strategy, scheduling, and execution of these emails. The ideal candidate has an interest in data, support, and content, and can effectively address a technical developer audience. This person will be responsible for email initiatives across the customer lifecycle: onboarding, lead nurture, product launch messages, event invites, and individual email tests to drive usage growth.
Working with our Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing teams, this person will regularly collaborate on content and guide teams on email strategy. This person will also be responsible for measuring the impact of their emails and making strategic choices about future campaigns and areas of growth.
This role will report to the Manager of Customer Marketing.
What you'll do:
- Execute email strategies that drive SQLs, customer adoption, and customer value
- Own campaign development, execution, and reporting across the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, SDRs and AEs
- Manage the external communications calendar to deliver positive customer and prospect experiences
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience with Marketo
- Deep experience with customer segmentation and marketing database management
- Copywriting/copy editing experience
- Familiarity with SQL for querying data
- Familiarity with email A/B testing
