Job Duties and Responsibilities

Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a passionate, energetic and flexible individual to join our International Marketing Team as a Campaign Project Lead. The international business unit is responsible for the content strategy, customer acquisition, business development and marketing efforts for International programming across both DISH and Sling platforms. For more than 15 years, DISH and Sling have been the pioneer in international content for U.S. ethnic markets including Hindi, Arabic, Punjabi, Urdu, Brazilian, Polish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and many others.

 

The Campaign Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating and managing the launch of marketing initiatives across six key language groups. The candidate will work with the language group leads to define the scope of the campaigns, outline which creative deliverables that are required, facilitate the deployment of campaigns into market, and monitor campaign performance over time.

 

A successful candidate should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities across languages, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating resources across internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning of new campaigns by defining campaign tactics, flight dates, and the creative schedule of delivery.
  • Help coordinate integrated marketing efforts across offline & digital marketing, and coordinate support from technical development & operations teams through meetings and process development.
  • QA campaign assets to assure creatives meet brand standards and technical specifications before launch in market.
  • Create central repository for campaign-related creatives, documents, project plans, and reports.
  • Coordinate and provide campaign updates to various reporting audiences; from tactical teams to senior leadership.
  • Monitor seasonal and evergreen campaign performance over time; from launch to completion.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree from four-year college or university.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in marketing or project management. Agency experience a plus.
  • Proficient in the Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Familiar with integrated marketing tactics, using both digital and offline media.
  • Able to be personable and professional in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups across the business, including sales, marketing, finance, programming, and legal. 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be successful at multi-tasking and managing to deadlines on a daily basis.

We have 2 headquarters in the Greater Denver area - you won't have to travel far! Business teams sit just south of DTC, while our IT team is downtown.
