As our Interactive Email Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's marketing department located in Denver, CO. What you'll do...
- Be the primary tech developer for all email marketing assets including emails, forms, landing pages, microsites, forms, dynamic content, field merges, etc.
- Lead successful implementation of email marketing automation campaigns by working closely with digital designers, marketing leader and marketing operations team to ensure on-point deployment and results
- Recommend and/or Implement custom objects, animation, surveys and personalized content in email campaigns to obtain higher engagement rates
- Use excellent project management skills to coordinate scheduling of campaigns for various stakeholders
- Develop assets used for SEO and paid media campaigns
- Assist the Marketing Operations team in integrating and automating data from Salesforce to email platform for attribution tracking
- Lead the review and assessment of current email platform capabilities
- Research and implement a new email service provider (if needed) to improve efficiencies as the company scales. Must be able to implement and stand-up a new email provider.
- Follow all best practices and adhere to strict email CAN-SPAM compliance for businesses
Requirements
What you offer us...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience overseeing automated, B2B, email campaigns that substantially contribute to company revenue
- Deep understanding of segmentation logic from Salesforce CRM to Email Platform
- Experience working with advanced email platforms such as Active Campaign, Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua or Marketo
- Master knowledge of current email analytics with the ability to make recommendations that drive improved results (Deliverability, Open Rates, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rates, etc.)
- The desire to stay relevant in an channel that constantly changes with new rules and technologies. Commitment to read, educate and inform the team of updates that impact the efficacy of our campaigns to our addressable market.

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $80,000 - $85,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
