Demoflow is looking for a Head of Marketing. Reporting to the Co-Founder & CEO, as our senior product marketing team member, you will be the bridge between what we’re building and what we’re selling in the market. You will be in charge of establishing, validating, optimizing, and championing our go to market strategy. 


Backed by leading investors such as FirstMile Ventures, Slack Fund, Next Frontier Capital, and RTP Seed, Demoflow is on a mission to provide sales teams with a platform to collaborate more efficiently in today’s increasingly-remote work environment. Our leading platform enables sales teams to more effectively work together to boost productivity, increase revenue, and decrease sales cycles. We help small- and medium-size businesses with an easy-to-use solution to up-level their sales while allowing enterprise companies to cut through the complexity of longer sales cycles.

HOW YOU'LL DO THIS

  • Partnering with our Sales team, you will build and refine our target buyer personas, messaging, positioning, and key use cases across customer segments and target verticals.
  • Drive GTM strategy for existing and future solutions for small, mid-market, and enterprise buyers.
  • Work hand in hand with Sales and Customer Success to analyze market trends and user feedback to help inform the development of our current and future product and features.
  • Coordinate launch activities of new features, driving customer adoption, and market awareness.
  • Collaborate on a marketing plan for products, including market sizing, segmentation, key players and strategies for increasing market share and retaining/expanding existing customers.
  • Guide and influence pricing, product positioning, and messaging based on product differentiation.
  • Set up sales enablement assets including industry playbooks, one pagers, interactive guides, and other creative ideas you have.
  • Create thought leadership content that educates our target audiences, differentiates us in the market and further establishes our target category and our leadership in the space.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance and utilize learnings to spin up new campaigns. Run growth experiments, AB test messaging across different channels, analyze data, and scale channels that demonstrate positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Inspire, develop, and mentor the existing high-performing marketing team member.

THE RIGHT STUFF

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology
  • Track record of leading strategic product launches and other cross-functional initiatives
  • Maniacal about data with strong quantitative skills and the ability to turn analysis into effective execution
  • Experience in digital marketing (AdWords, SEO, SEM, content, retargeting, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of content marketing with excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Creative, organized and a self-motivator that is passionate about what they do and love inspiring others
  • We are a young startup and need someone who has experience executing in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment
  • You have a track record of leading, recruiting, nurturing, and retaining high-performers

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience managing and growing a diverse set of marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, and Social
  • Experience with increasing brand awareness through PR including press releases and product launches
  • Experience establishing the first marketing strategy at an early stage startup

Compensation: $130-150k base, commensurate with experience.

Location

We have a full, private "Smart Suite" at the Expansive Coworking facility off of 16th street. The environment is awesome, especially the rooftop patio
