As the Growth Manager, Email Marketing and CRM, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive email marketing and CRM program focused on driving customer acquisition, nurturing, and sophisticated automation journeys. You will provide operational and strategic leadership across content creation, list segmentation, testing, optimization, and reporting. You are an expert at planning and testing customer engagement journeys designed to maximize brand loyalty, spur customer engagement, and ultimately meet ambitious revenue targets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all aspects of Boost Infinite's email marketing program, including personalization, scheduling, list management, funnel design, transactional triggering, reporting, and strategic content creation
- Design customer segmentation strategies to maximize conversion
- Creation of sophisticated email communication flows for welcome series, upsell, marketing, etc.
- Lead and coordinate CRM communications such as SMS, push, etc.
- Work with the development team, copywriters, and graphic designers to develop and implement email content strategy
- Work with the product experience and marketing team to provide a unified and consistent experience across all customer communication
- Design rigorous testing strategies, continually provide detailed reports of findings, and implement learnings
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- 3 - 6 years of experience managing complex email marketing programs (experience in a subscription or D2C space is a plus)
- Expert understanding of inbound marketing analytics and the ability to translate reporting insights into actionable plans
- Experience creating and launching customer segmentation plans
- Extensive hands-on experience with email marketing technology
- Understanding of the technical requirements of an email marketing program, including deliverability and inbox placement
- Experience with data tracking platforms and tools
- Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills to analyze existing email marketing processes and develop processes for improved efficiency, while remaining aware of industry trends and best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with different audiences
- Appreciates a "hands on" and operational approach to running a business with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and superior organizational skills
- Possesses a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to get things done both autonomously and collaboratively
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, who is comfortable in a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves", start-up environment

Salary Range
Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $109,000.00/Year
