The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Events Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is for someone who loves to gather and organize information. You are the type of person who loves to tackle a messy room. You are always thinking of ways to be more efficient. With over 80 events a year, you will use tools such as Google docs and Asana to keep information organized and up to date. You will also be responsible for packing for events, creating inventory lists, tracking inventory, and logistics.
You will report to the Events Marketing Manager and will make a significant impact on our Events program. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating and executing all Trade Shows, Webinars, and Live Events to generate new lead activity, promote our brand to the industry, and ultimately drive lead conversion. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to remove obstacles to ensure the smooth onsite execution of events.
What You Will Do

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team and industry partners to maintain events schedules and planning documents.
  • Help research event locations and determine the best course of action to drive success.
  • Coordinate logistics and deliverables for portable events program which can include but is not limited to booking sponsorships and booth spaces, managing hotel accommodations
  • Maintaining inventory, packing/shipping, and sending exhibition material in the office
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of events' needs such as display and printed materials, meeting space, food and beverage, sponsorships, and event services
  • Track events and show expenditures and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • May be called upon to attend and work events, both out-of-town and local.


The Skill Set

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in trade show/events coordination
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing programs or events
  • Strong communication skills with experience working closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, fast learner with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience working in orthodontics, dental, or health tech industries is a plus
  • Spirit of teamwork and cooperation, positive "can-do" attitude
  • Working knowledge of Google suite, Eventbrite, Asana, and HubSpot


Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • This job operates in a professional office environment
  • Standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, stooping will be frequently required

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000/year plus variable compensation
