IntelePeer powers the new customer experience. Our Atmosphere® CPaaS enables companies to communicate better - driving more revenue, improving their customer experience, and making better business decisions - leveraging omni-channel Automation & Self-Service, AI, and Analytics, all delivered through a single easy-to-use cloud platform that works seamlessly with existing business solutions.
We are looking to hire a Director of Product Marketing. Qualified candidates will have prior expertise in successfully managing a team of marketing professionals in a product-based setting. We prefer candidates with a background in SaaS or CPaaS.
Position Responsibilities

• Building, mentoring, and managing the team responsible for:
• Product documentation
• Online engagement, presence, and campaigns
• Sales and customer training content
• Work with and support Product Management to deliver appropriate documentation and communications in support of product and feature launches
• Support Product Management and Sales with competitor and market research
• Engage industry analysts and influencers to ensure visibility of IntelePeer brand to target buyers
• Support legal, operations, and sales in delivering public-facing content that supports customers in purchasing and using IntelePeer's products and services

Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study

Expertise and Experience

• 8+ years in a product-oriented marketing role
• Proven team management skills
• Strong communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation

• The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $100,000 - 150,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. Employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of an employee's eligible earnings in the prior year and finalized at offer.
