As a Director of Marketing Operations in Xactly's Denver office, we are seeking a leader for marketing technology management and driving our lead to revenue operations. This business leader will own the governance, systems, database, marketing funnel, and budget accountability for the entire marketing team. This successful candidate is a "hands-on" operational leader, and "day-to-day" manager, working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive success through best practices and efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the ROI metrics for all marketing programs and the marketing department in entirety
  • Define and implement operational rigor & standardization in use of system & terminology to gain efficiencies, simplify end user experience and ensure compliance
  • Define and create marketing best practices, maintenance of campaign, program, drip & nurture program and associated metrics
  • Optimize lead scoring, lead flow and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to SDRs for qualification and for increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Oversight of marketing automation (i.e. Marketo) and the related systems such as predictive scoring solutions, data sources and more
  • Provide executive reporting on Marketing's impact to the business, while Identifying risks and providing recommendations for corrective action
  • Recommend and evaluate new technologies required and/or requested by marketing team members
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure governance of Salesforce.com and two-way data integrity between Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Define business analytics and create dashboards and reports to support Sales and Marketing and measure all aspects of the marketing lead generation engine: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall business performance.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a marketing/sales operations role or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation systems like Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot (Marketo preferred)
  • Advanced working knowledge of salesforce.com CRM
  • Fluent in end-to-end MarTech ecosystem
  • Experience in the use of business analytics, key performance indicators and dashboards
  • Experience in the use of third party data sources for lead database building and augmentation
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high-energy team player.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS (or similar high volume, high velocity markets).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, mathematics, engineering, science or a related field -- MBA a plus.
