SurveyGizmo is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to define our growth strategy, execute growth plans, and optimize our leads and lead conversion to meet bookings targets. Reporting to the CMO, this position will drive customer acquisition by owning and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to drive web-site traffic and by building inbound and outbound lead-generation programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Identify marketing growth strategies across all products, solutions, channels, and geographies
  • Lead our digital marketing and lead-generation efforts
  • Be the expert on all aspects of digital marketing: latest trends, tools, etc.
  • Conceptualize and lead web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals
  • Develop customer insights, track industry activity and follow market segment trends closely to anticipate threats and opportunities
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (i.e. A/B testing)
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Growth and acquisition minded
  • The right balance of smart, hungry and collaborative
  • Ability to think strategically AND operate tactically
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in growth marketing
  • Experience setting, executing, and iterating a growth strategy
  • Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while limiting costs and maximizing lifetime value
  • Proven experience tracking analytics
  • Proven experience in online acquisition tactics and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environment
