  • Drive engagement of users from initial email capture thru win-back
  • Use a data driven approach to deign the optimal contact strategy across all touchpoints - email, site, classes, direct mail etc.
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Product Marketing, Product Management and content to get the right message to the right user at the right time
  • Develop the optimal engagement model for talent/instructors that empowers a differentiated and engaging experience
  • Ensure that customer engagement programs are driving business value as measured by impact (top line and bottom line)
  • Develop a build a high performance engagement marketing team
  • Leverage “customer first” approach to all engagement so we align the right message to the right channel at the right time
  • Partner with content/production team to ensure that class real estate both in video and on site is utilized as effectively as possible to drive engagement with the service (cross sell/upsell other content with relevant placements
  • Develop business case and execute on new channels to improve customer engagement and LTV (ie SMS)
  • Own relationships with email service providers, SMS providers, direct mail partners to ensure that Bluprint has been in class service and quality
  • Proven success building and managing multi-million dollar marketing budget and revenue
  • Proven success building and managing marketing team
  • Proven success developing and optimizing marketing operations to maximize resource utilization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Success with both subscription and e-commerce businesses at scale
  • Proven experience using email and video at scale to drive customer engagement/LTV
  • Proven success defining requirements for and conducting RFPs for email and text service providers
    Additional Job Requirements
  • Must be able to work in Denver, CO
  • Must be able to travel occasionally on business

  • Masters Degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the cable TV industry is preferred but not required
  • Ability to shift between player/coach
