About the Role:
JumpCloud has raised over $170M and is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to support 100% yoy new ARR growth in our target market of small-to-mid-sized enterprises. This role will lead the teams responsible for acquisition, nurture and conversion to free account: developing the strategy and overseeing execution of programs that target prospective buyers, create awareness, generate leads, and nurture IT Admins to engage with the platform. They own user engagement across all channels, including ABM, email, digital, and events and will lead full funnel reporting by campaign and channel for these teams.
Leveraging our PLG model, develop the strategy and programs that support aggressive growth objectives. Define team KPIs and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Build, mentor and coach a team of experts. This is a growth-stage company and we will be expanding the team.
Working closely with your colleagues in ops, sales and across marketing, identify best practices for existing tech stack and identify new technologies to advance acquisition and nurture through new tech
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing acquisition strategy that is aligned with revenue and pipeline goals
Design, test and optimize new programs on a quarterly basis to find new ways to raise awareness among IT Admins and get them excited about trying the JumpCloud Directory Platform
Own deliverables across the entire marketing funnel, track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel, and create a predictable and healthy demand engine.
Employ best practices to achieve growth goals while also experimenting with creative strategies and less-proven tactics
Continually optimize programs to ensure customer acquisition costs are in line with the return on investment goals
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in demand generation and enterprise marketing role for B2B products
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
A strong understanding of ABM for acquisition in the SME market, marketing automation, Salesforce, lead-scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution, influence and ROI
Ability to create and manage Salesforce reports and ideally experience with Pardot, Drift and Salesloft.
Data-driven focus with experience developing a KPI framework, optimizing metrics and tracking performance against growth goals
Deep expertise in developing enterprise marketing channels - digital programs, thought leadership, channel partners, website, events, industry partners and more
Superb organization skills and attention to detail
Where you’ll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401K savings plan. We have an unlimited vacation policy.
