As our Director of Demand Generation, you will lead the strategy and direction for the global demand generation team.  You will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling our demand generation programs to deliver against aggressive growth targets in MQLs, Pipeline, and Revenue for the company. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering massive growth at B2B/SaaS companies through demand generation tactics. You will inherit a team of best-in-class marketers in our Denver office to deliver against your plans and you will also have the ability to growth this team globally as well. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability position with that plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s growth trajectory. The individual will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will oversee our Lead Generation and Sales Enablement groups while also working closely with all sides of the organization.

*This position will be a full-time role based in our Denver, CO headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the visionary for our Demand Generation team and develop/execute global and regional demand generation strategies that support overall business and revenue goals
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team on a global scale and manage external agencies and partners. Create tight alignment between Brand and Creative teams as well as Sales and Strategic Partnerships.
  • Manage and execute channel strategies for inbound and outbound channels including SEO, Search, Display, Paid Social, Email, Events, Webinars, Account-Based Marketing, Direct Mail, and Content Syndication
  • Utilize expertise in B2B/SaaS marketing to launch integrated, cross-channel, marketing campaigns; introducing new channels as needed to deliver against goals
  • Create and maintain monthly forecasts of key metrics (MQLs, Pipeline, Revenue) by channel and continually measure, analyze, and report on performance to executives
  • Manage the demand generation budget and determine the appropriate mix across channels to improve ROAS/ROI while also increasing MQL velocity. Report actuals on a monthly basis.
  • Accelerate the sales/marketing funnel through effective lead generating and lead nurturing campaigns that maximize acquisition and conversion rates. 
  • Oversee event strategy and execution as a means to generating awareness and demand for our services and report on ROI and effectiveness globally
  • Enhance and execute an effective ABM program to engage target accounts and convert to customers
  • Oversee development, execution, and scaling of impactful customer and partner marketing programs in conjunction with Strategic Partnerships and Client Success teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-12 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
  • At least 5 years of Demand Generation leadership/management experience
  • Experience growing companies from $50 million in annual revenue, delivering high YOY growth
  • BA or BS degree, MBA in marketing or related masters degree strongly preferred
  • Has been directly accountable for delivering high-growth monthly MQL, Pipeline, and Revenue numbers
  • Proven expertise in creating, executing, and optimizing advertising/marketing efforts across multiple channels (SEO, Search, Display, Social, Email, Events, Account Based Marketing, Sponsorships, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B/SaaS enterprise pipeline demand generation:  marketing automation, lifecycle stages, lead nurturing, lead scoring, landing pages, microsites, conversion rate optimization, etc.
  • Expert understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools including: HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot, CRMs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related technologies
  • Confident, creative, and dynamic leader with strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Experience building and managing high-performing global/regional demand generation teams to deliver outstanding results, on-time
  • Analytical, and data-driven; uses data to gather insights to inform decisions
  • Experience building effective customer and partner marketing programs
