We are hiring an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!  In this role, you’ll provide strategic vision and direction to develop and execute data-driven B2C direct mail and digital campaigns within a few of our portfolio companies.

You are passionate about data – about how it can provide insights that can dramatically impact campaign performance and change the trajectory of a business.  As the Direct Response Marketer, you are responsible for the performance of B2C direct mail and interactive campaigns and for the evolution of the EverCommerce B2C marketing database. Your main goal will be to optimize consumer response and strive towards the scalability of our overall business strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and evolve our ideal customer profiles (homeowners) in each metro area
    • Use statistical analysis and reports to create profiles and segmentation
    • Execute segmentation around direct mail and email campaigns
    • Perform data extraction and lead generation.
    • Develop and code the list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
    • Manage, select, and communicate requirements to the primary database vendors.
  • Track, evaluate, and optimize the effectiveness of direct mail and interactive B2C marketing campaigns
    • Develop KPIs and analyze campaigns based on these metrics
    • Analyze previous marketing campaigns.
    • Recommend optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
    • Create custom reports as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in Production, Sales, and Development to meet production deadlines and campaign goals
  • Keep up to date with new database marketing techniques.
  • Evaluate new technologies and data sources to improve and optimize B2C campaign performance

Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel)
  •  5+ years of experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems and MySQL query and extraction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Catalog and direct mail experience preferred.  Experience in the residential home services industry a plus.
