A Day in the Life

Your passion and experience in media brought you here, so let's start putting those muscles you've been building to use on innovative campaigns for our clients.  You'll own all aspects of your client's media campaigns end-to-end - from initial planning, tracking, set-up and implementation, monitoring, analysis, and optimization.  All in service of making our clients stars - helping to increase their sales, drive traffic to their locations and grow their businesses.  In the end, at IMM our client's success is #1 and our unique approach to analytics and strategy helps us do that - leveraging performance data in ways most agencies wish they did.  

This position will be responsible for a very specific new venture within IMM, where budgets will be spent personalizing advertising in a way NEVER seen in the industry before!  If this sounds like you and a growth challenge, we want to hear from you!

 

Here's what you need to get our attention

  • 3+ years of executing programmatic media buys (experience using The Trade Desk and/or Google Ads is preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working as a paid social media specialist (experience with Facebook Ads Manager a plus)

 

Here's what will make us call you for sure

  • Know your stuff - show us the depth of understanding you have for performance media planning, buying, optimization, and tracking - and of course that you are self-sufficient in campaign set-up and maintenance
  • Experience working with ad servers (Adform knowledge is a big plus) and working knowledge of cookie-based measurement
  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, Vlookup, sumifs), PowerPoint
  • Enjoy mentoring junior Media colleagues

 

NOT required but will definitely give you an edge!

  • Google Tag Manager experience
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification
  • Web analytics platform experience (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Hyper-local advertising experience (mobile web and in-app location-based targeting)
  • Restaurant-vertical experience

 

The Media Performance team is core to our organization, responsible for trafficking ads, placing tags and pixels, and applying highly analytical, quantitative approaches to deliver superior campaign performance. The Media Manager is expected to employ and continually define the state-of-the-art techniques in the online marketing industry through their deep understanding of digital technologies, as well as have a passion for using data to inform creative problem solving.
