Digital Marketing Specialist
Wishlist Rewards is looking for our first, dedicated marketing talent; a entrepreneurial, digital marketing guru who is quantitative, ROI centric and exploratory in nature. In this role you’ll own the digital acquisition process from strategy to execution and have an opportunity to dramatically impact our high-growth business. Focusing on pillars such as brand awareness, product positioning and lead generation you’ll have the reins to create, test and refine across numerous channels.
Responsibilities
Evolve our keyword research methodology, strategy, tool selection, tracking etc.
Conduct initial SEO onsite audit and guide our development team to execute on technical site improvements
Develop content marketing, thought leadership programs and supplemental materials
Track conversion rates and make appropriate improvements to our website
Develop, evaluate and oversee implementation of A/B testing
Utilize your business acumen to build more robust brand awareness and increase lead generation
Own the digital user experience (lead capture through first-time purchase). This includes strategy & execution of paid digital advertising, as well as email onboarding communication.
Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal Web-based systems
Manage and own a marketing budget while providing clear ROI
Requirements
2+ Years of digital marketing experience
Must have experience developing a successful digital marketing strategy
Light HTML skills & Google Analytics experience is preferred
BA or BS in Marketing or a similar field
