DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work on directives and assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing and lead generation efforts. This individual should have an in-depth knowledge of online strategies with a rich background in the digital marketing industry. Our ideal candidate should be business savvy with campaign management and marketing operations. You will combine your knowledge of the web and digital marketing to bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement.

Measures of Success:

• Assist in the development and execution of a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our website and landing pages including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, video tutorials etc.

• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through digital inbound and outbound channels, by optimizing our email marketing efforts and converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

• Participate in reporting and communicating closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our processes to convert customers

• Implementation of digital marketing and advertising campaigns (including Native, PPC, Organic, Social)

Responsibilities Include:

You should be able to comfortably manipulate WordPress and e-mail templates, using HTML.

Design & Creative:

- Participate in brainstorming and campaign development sessions

- Design and implement conversion focused landing pages and digital campaign pages

- Assist with designing assets for occasional print campaigns leading up to events

- Assist with curating photos and media to support content and campaigns

- Assist with video marketing

Social Marketing:

- Assist in social media marketing planning to support campaigns - Create and design content to support campaigns for social marketing, website, and paid marketing campaigns

- Assist in maintaining social networks through posting, community engagement, and campaigns

Email Marketing:

- Design email templates for marketing campaigns, automated communications, and nurture campaigns using email marketing best practices and trends

- Assemble and distribute marketing emails and digital communications

- Execute drip and nurture campaigns

- Maintain and advise internal clients on email marketing best practices and opportunities to achieve goals of campaigns

Lead Management:

- Hands on management of lead assignment in CRM

- Import and assign qualified leads from paid lead sources into CRM

- Report on Lead quality, volume, and distribution

Web Support: 

- Assist with responding to digital support requests, updating the website by editing content and creating new pages through WordPress.

- Assist with SEO and usability best practices.

- Assist in creating web analytics reports routinely using Google Analytics and monitor metrics to assist in analyzing content/campaign success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge in: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS

• Strong knowledge in Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Video editing, Social media

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel

• Familiarity with SugarCRM and Net-Results or similar CRM / Marketing Automation platforms

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or marketing-related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign development, implementation and management

• Experience with relevant software applications

• Must be highly organized and attentive to detail

• Able to implement processes quickly and efficiently

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to comprehend Sensera Systems products and services and to communicate our value proposition effectively to prospects

• Ability to interact effectively with Sensera Systems teams, and various customer roles including: construction company vice presidents, supervisors, project managers, purchasing agents; systems integrators

• Able to handle fast-paced environment and challenging workload

REPORTING:

This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

POSITION TYPE / HOURS OF WORK:

Full-time, permanent, 40 hours/week.

TRAVEL:

< 5% travel: Infrequent travel to tradeshows, key customer visits

COMPENSATION:

$55,000 -$60,000
