To support this mission, we’re seeking a talented and growth oriented Digital Marketing Manager in Denver, Colorado.  This position represents a unique opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor and grow with us.  Successful candidates will have a strong background in inbound marketing using HubSpot and will have experience supporting cohesive digital marketing efforts for geographically and operationally diverse Operating Companies.   

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategy, digital marketing, and alignment with sales execution through an annual plan.  This will include providing indirect leadership and oversight to Operating Company Marketing Specialists; making active updates to quarterly plans as needed; reporting on marketing efforts; developing and putting out digital marketing content; and running lead generation using New Charter Technologies’ Hub Spot.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the marketing implementation for each new Operating Company, to include ensuring appropriate local market resources, and driving appropriate role clarity
• Perform initial HubSpot Set-Up (for new companies that are onboarding)
• Create an annual marketing plan containing New Charter recommendations which considers unique local factors and local company growth goals
• Take New Charter Technologies Buyer’s Journey Content Recommendations and create an annual content marketing plan for local companies
• Update or create marketing reporting tools
• Update/create initial lead nurture communication pieces and implement in HubSpot
• Build and continually enhance the implementation templates for new platform companies that come on to the New Charter platform
• Work with current New Charter resources to set up and update Google AdWord campaigns
• Make updates to content marketing plans as needed and update campaigns to reflect changes
• Report on previous quarter marketing analytics
• Identify local SEO and online reputation management opportunities
• Work with SEO team to ensure appropriate reporting, and achievement of target metrics for search terms
• Implement campaigns associated with selected vertical markets and specialized campaigns across New Charter
• Support Operating Company campaigns that are local in nature
• The position reports directly to the CEO of New Charter

Preferred Skills & Experience

• HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub Certified
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Communications preferred
• 5-7 years of experience running digital marketing campaigns from creation to reporting
• Google AdWords and social media advertising certification or experience
• Brand management experience
• On-Page and Local SEO experience and technical knowledge
• Strong portfolio of copywriting examples

Physical Requirements

Work is primarily knowledge-worker oriented using computer systems.  Occasional exertion and lifting of up to 20 pounds to move office or computer equipment.  Occasional crawling, kneeling, and squatting.  Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone.  Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures, views computer constantly.  Occasional travel (car/airplane).  Occasional exposure to outdoor environmental conditions as a result of travel.
