Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote FWI and its products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and ultimately acquiring leads and driving pipeline growth.  You will work with the Director of Marketing and FWI’s outside agency to identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use analytics tools to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising. You aren’t afraid to try new things, take chances, fail and test everything.   

Responsibilities

  • Drive relevant leads through digital marketing with the goal of generating leads, increasing brand recognition and growing pipeline
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Monitor, extract and report on important data points throughout the lifecycle of each campaign and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence with a heavy focus on lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with all marketing team members to ensure all efforts are tightly aligned
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide ideas and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Assist in the strategy and execution of trade shows and events including pre-show marketing, event logistics, social media promotion before and during each event, and post-show analysis.

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-focused
  • Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics
  • Autonomy – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Goal Oriented – Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result
  • Time Management – Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
  • Ability to interact professionally with others; including co-workers, vendors, and customers
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations

Helpful for Success:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or related field or equivalent education/experience required
  • 3+ years’ managing digital marketing programs in a B2B setting, preferably SAAS
  • Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus
