What does a Digital Marketing Manager do at Cyber GRX? 

This person will manage and optimize our website and SEM/SEO efforts for maximum results. They will have the creative and analytical skills to analyze ongoing campaigns and identify ways to test, optimize and iterate to increase results and conversion rates. They’ll also manage our agency and have the ability to create landing pages, make website changes and/or manage campaigns in Google and Bing ad platforms. We are looking for an “always on”, high performer who loves what they do and wants to join an amazing start up with a great team.

What a day in the life looks like:

• You will develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to report on and measure

• You’ll design and improve web experience by turning analytics into action

• You will support lead generation through a variety of tactics and strategies including interactive marketing and other online tools
• You’ll manage and partner with digital agencies to increase marketing results – including managing the agency team, track results: provide strategic and tactical direction to ensure performance and metrics are being met
• You will generate weekly and quarterly reports on our paid search and paid social campaign’s performance – including web sessions, to leads to conversions
• You’ll optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
• You will provide copy and art direction on paid ads when changes are needed
• You’ll analyze key web traffic and conversion metrics and optimize website and landing pages for conversion – conversion rate optimization
• You will develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedure

What you bring to the table:

• You have a degree in Marketing or related field.
• You’ve got at least 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising, including hands on experience with SEM + SEO
• You have at least 2 years experience working on website(s) and content management
• You’ve got an excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices

• You have solid knowledge of website analytics tools (google analytics, moz, etc)

• You’re an Adwords expert; hubspot (or similar tool) proficient
• You have experience with email marketing, lead generation, and SEO
• You’ve got advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required
• You have experience with Wordpress or similar CMS from a technical and content management perspective
