Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Organization pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, digital ad networks and programming partners to drive business growth.

Job Description

  • Daily management of Dish paid social media buys within Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, etc; optimizing against multiple performance based KPIs in complex campaigns.
  • Work with internal creative agency, to request and optimize existing assets based off media insights, to support business and campaign goals.
  • Derive insights from campaign performance, work with analytics team on larger analyses, develop test and learn agendas.
  • QA tag and pixel implementation, troubleshoot with IT, and external ad-serving platforms.
  • Work with junior leads and internal stakeholders to concept new media strategies; and launch new digital campaigns across multiples lines of business including but not limited to Dish Network, Sling, Dish Latino, Dish Business, OnTech, Dish Outdoors and International.
  • Partner across the marketing department, larger DISH organization and with external partners like ESPN, FOX, AMC, NFL, HBO, Google and others to drive digital campaigns, conversion rate optimization testing and to ensure marketing campaigns are executed holistically to deliver significant market share growth
  • Assist in vetting and implementation of new technology partners including but not limited to cross device tracking, 3rd party ad verification and call tracking platforms

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A Successful Marketing Lead Would Have The Following

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in business, marketing, communications, or related field; and 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing media role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Facebook ads manager required
  • Experience leading others in media buying in an agency setting a strong plus
  • Expertise in data analysis, deriving insights and making informed decisions
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight time constraints
  • Success with direct marketing KPIs
  • Relocation reimbursement eligible to Denver area

We have 2 headquarters in the Greater Denver area - you won't have to travel far! Business teams sit just south of DTC, while our IT team is downtown.
