Position Details:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, management and execution of digital marketing campaigns and operational processes and tasks in support of market awareness, lead generation, lead nurturing, reporting and measurement worldwide. Successful candidates will require a strong blend of marketing knowledge, a customer service mindset, the ability to influence others, collaboration and communication skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the various marketing and sales teams across CSG, prioritizing and managing the digital needs of multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing teams to execute a variety of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on customer segmentation, automation, lead generation/management, and reporting. 
  • Work directly with field, product and content marketing to execute campaigns including nurture flows, multi-touch programs, and re-engagement.
  • Create marketing emails, landing pages and forms to support event and other marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns, in partnership with field, product and content marketing teams.
  • Serve as a website administrator, supporting content and design updates
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure execution,and consistency and marketing strategy across digital channels

 

Experience

  • A minimum 3-5+ years of marketing experience, including experience in marketing automation platforms, developing and implementing marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. 
  • Business-to-business (B2B) marketing and telecommunications industry experience highly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML and CSS
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) as well as Salesforce.com, Google AdWords and Google Analytics; familiarity with other marketing tools a significant plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, manage multiple projects, and achieve successful business results rapidly.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, clients and prospects.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or a related field, or the equivalent work experience.
