Job Description

Conga is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate is curious with a passion for creating digital campaigns that drive sales pipeline. This person will work on implementing a testing strategy to improve the performance of the website, and with our digital marketing agency, on lead generation campaigns. This person will have had a background in digital advertising and understand basic content marketing principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation across digital channels including website, search optimization, paid social media, sponsored emails, banner ads and more
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the design and delivery of digital marketing strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Provide valuable insights based on data, experience, best practices, and industry trends
  • Work closely with our digital agency on strategy along with providing them keyword guidance, copy and digital assets
  • Be a constant evangelist for the global brand in digital marketing. Work cross functionally with product marketing, content marketing and brand teams to ensure advertising upholds brand standards.
  • Analyzes digital platform functionality gaps and under-utilized capabilities and identify ways to optimize performance of digital assets
  • Maintain company’s Google Analytics and Tag Manager accounts
  • Create landing pages and optimize existing pages to increase conversions
  • Set up and troubleshoot campaign tracking within Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of full-funnel metrics on website performance, digital marketing campaigns, and site engagement

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Detail oriented with a keen eye for catching typos and bugs on websites
  • Impeccable organization with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Google Optimize
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing techniques
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within digital marketing and marketing communications
  • Experience using content management system (Drupal preferred)
  • Experience with campaign reporting in Salesforce
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Ability to work with diverse teams including sales, product, creative and content marketing while consistently communicating and influencing strategic and cohesive direction
  • A creative thinker capable of generating new ideas and solving complex marketing challenges that result a measurable ROI
